MacOS is quarantining Toledo1; however, users can still run the app by executing the following command in a terminal to remove it from quarantine. The terminal command must be ran from where the app is installed. I tested it in the desktop directory because I’m on a shared cloud machine, which is why you see the terminal command “cd ~/Desktop”. Most users install it in the Applications folder, so they should use “cd ~/Applications” before executing the command below. You may need sudo permission to cd into the applications folder and execute the de-quarantine command.
